Reed Talent Solutions has received multiple awards at the prestigious European TIARA Talent Solutions Awards. In 2023, we were named as winners of The Client Service Award and The ESG Initiative of the Year Award.
That followed our success in 2022, when we were named as winners of The D&I Award and The ESG Award, and were highly commended in the Client Solution Award, and in 2021, when we scooped the Talent Solution Provider of the Year, Long-Term Partnership and Candidate Experience awards.

TIARA Talent Solutions Awards 2023 - The Client Service Award
Our winning entry celebrated the work we achieved alongside The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS). This involved recruiting more than 200 new employees, including several pensions and financial services experts, as well as reducing their time to hire, providing a higher quantity and quality of applications, and working on diversity, equity and inclusion reporting.
TIARA Talent Solutions Awards 2022 – The D&I Award
NHS Blood & Transplant were tasked by the government to collect plasma to support treatment of hospitalised Covid-19 patients, we engaged with communities to increase ethnic minority donors by sourcing faith and belief managers and donor recruiters.
