Reed Talent Solutions was also highly commended for a separate entry in the Long-Term Partnership Award (Enterprise) for effectively embedding ourselves within our client's organisation over an 18-year partnership.

The judges said we “demonstrated an exceptional ability to deliver customised, data-driven solutions,” adding that our innovative approach, including a CV-less process, reskilling courses, and simplified interviews, helped our client improve employee retention by over 20% and achieve higher customer satisfaction, showcasing our commitment to aligning recruitment practices with the client’s goals and values.
This award relates to our work with EE to open up opportunities for underrepresented groups within their workforce.
The Long-Term Partnership Award (Enterprise):
The judges praised our “exceptional ability to adapt and provide tailored workforce solutions that consistently align with their client's evolving needs”.
They said we had combined robust cost-saving initiatives, such as reducing spend through tenure and rate management, and had implemented innovative resourcing models to demonstrate sustainable value.
The judges added: “With a proven track record of flexibility, deep market insights, and long-term impact, the partnership has driven success across multiple fronts.”
