Tech apprenticeships for the modern workplace...
Tech teams today face mounting pressure to innovate despite headcount restrictions, resource constraints, and an over-reliance on costly contractors.
Our flexi-job apprenticeship model is designed to overcome these barriers, helping you build a sustainable, future-ready tech talent pipeline while simplifying the complexities of apprenticeships.
A smarter way forward...
Reed is proud to be a Department for Education approved Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency (FJAA) and to be listed on the register of flexi-job apprenticeship agencies for the supply of tech and digital apprentices for organisations, who become host employers, anywhere in England.
Our flexi-job apprenticeship programme simplifies everything. Reed employs the apprentices and manages the full journey - from recruitment and training to HR and wellbeing - giving organisations access to motivated, skilled apprentice talent with minimal cost and risk.
The programme offers apprentices the opportunity for work placements in one or more organisations, giving them greater experience across a range of environments, and can be used to facilitate rotational apprentice schemes between host employers to drive further efficiencies.
Our approach...
Our flexi-job apprenticeships offer a fast, flexible, future-focused pathway for organisations to access emerging tech talent - without the complexity of managing apprenticeships in-house.
Funded through Reed’s apprenticeship levy, we handle the full process: from recruitment and training to HR, payroll, and wellbeing support. Apprentices are employed by Reed and placed with your organisation for either the full duration of the programme, or for a fixed period.
Benefits for organisations:

No training costs - apprenticeship training is fully funded through Reed’s apprenticeship levy
No headcount considerations – apprentices are employed by Reed
Fast set up - we are not restricted to academic timetables for start date
No admin burden - we manage recruitment, training, and compliance
The right fit - we select from a carefully curated list of training partners to ensure we find the right apprenticeship programme for your business and for the apprentice from the outset
No hidden costs – you can hire our apprentices permanently at the end of their training for free
