Reed in Partnership
Reed Talent Solutions believes everyone deserves meaningful employment. Working with Reed in Partnership, we offer services to change people’s lives for the better and have helped more than 250,000 unemployed people gain employment since 1998.
Apprenticeship and internship programme
Our award-winning, internal apprenticeship and internship programme, launched in 2017, helps people start out on a career in recruitment or technology.
Reed's inclusion strategy
We’re committed to inclusion and belonging, with our strategy supporting those who hold protected characteristics and all co-members to fulfil their full potential.
Keep Britain Working
Our Keep Britain Working campaign was launched to protect jobs and livelihoods in 2020, in response to the economic impact of the Covid pandemic. We continue to look for ways to support those affected by the outbreak.

CarbonNeutral® since 2005
We are committed to reducing our carbon emissions and the Reed Group has been CarbonNeutral® since 2005.
The Reed Foundation
The Reed Foundation is a registered UK charity and the biggest shareholder (18%) in the Reed Group, the foundation has given £9.5m to a variety of causes since 1972. We also founded the Big Give which has raised £233 million for charity since 2008.
The Alec Reed Academy
In 2005, Sir Alec Reed, founder of Reed, invested in state-of-the-art facilities for a new academy in Ealing, West London. Now named the Alec Reed Academy, we continue to support the school, providing career advice and other opportunities for its students.
We launched our environmental champions internal network in 2020, which allows co-member advocates to help us to lead the way in sustainability.

We work with multiple primary and secondary schools across the UK offering insights into careers, mock interviews and raising aspirations, while also acting as a passionate partner to the Care Leavers Covenant.
