Based on their experience of supporting local authorities across the UK, our panel of industry experts will explore the impact of an empty chair, featuring insights into the resourcing challenges local authorities face.
They will share their experience and talk about issues such as the current increase in permanent vacancies and how the pressure on the incumbent workforce is at an all-time high.
This webinar will give you insight into the alternative ways in which local authorities can reduce the ‘impact of the empty chair’ looking at solutions already in use.
