In this session, our speakers will explore the experiences of women working across the technology sector, sharing how they’ve navigated their careers in some of the UK’s most complex and high‑impact organisations. They will discuss the realities of working in tech‑driven environments within the Met Police, Transport for London, the City of London, and the City of London Police - including the challenges they’ve faced, the lessons they’ve learned, and the opportunities that have shaped their journeys.
Attendees will gain valuable insights into the pathways available for women entering or transitioning into a tech career, with practical guidance on building confidence, developing technical skills, and accessing support networks. The session will also highlight how increased representation strengthens digital innovation and why creating space for women in tech is essential for future growth.
