With over 22 years at Reed, Tracey guides public sector organisations through transformation, compliance, and resourcing pressures, enabling them to deliver essential public services effectively and sustainably.
Throughout her career, Tracey has partnered with a wide range of public sector organisations, including local authorities, central government, NHS, emergency services, housing associations, higher and further education institutions, and other public bodies across the UK, supporting them through challenges such as IR35 compliance, TUPE transfers, complex procurements, rate card design, and workforce transformation. Known for her consultative style and talent for asking the questions that get to the heart of an organisation’s needs, she develops pragmatic, strategic, and sustainable solutions that create meaningful, long‑term impact.
Tracey also oversees Reed Talent Solutions’ extensive framework portfolio, ensuring compliance, enhancing quality standards, and guiding organisations toward the most effective routes to market.
