
Stephanie is an experienced Framework Manager with over 20 years in the recruitment industry and extensive expertise supporting public sector organisations.
Since joining Reed Talent Solutions in 2022, Stephanie has been responsible for leading and developing strategic framework relationships across local government, NHS, central government, housing, emergency services, further education, and the third sector.
Stephanie oversees the full lifecycle of framework delivery, from identifying new opportunities and managing tender submissions to implementation, growth, and ongoing performance. She works closely with framework bodies, clients, and internal partners to ensure the business maintains a strong, compliant, and commercially effective presence across the public sector. As a subject matter expert, Stephanie provides guidance on routes to market, commercial positioning, and framework best practices, supporting colleagues across the organisation.
Stephanie thrives on the variety and pace of her role, particularly the opportunity to collaborate with organisations and colleagues to shape future solutions, deliver webinars, represent the company at conferences and industry events, and create a positive impact by contributing to initiatives that align with Reed’s wider purpose of ‘improving lives through work’.
