Philip Sanner is Reed Talent Solution’s International Growth Director for Europe – based in Frankfurt – Germany - with broad general management and operational experience and 20 years in the staffing industry in Europe. 

He has previously held roles managing complex customer programmes, working in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), managed service provider (MSP)/vendor management systems, business process outsourcing, project RPO, risk mitigation, compliance and contract-to-perm. 

Philip has experience working to engage customers through the entire lifecycle of programmes including pre-sale and solutions design, implementation, and the day-to-day running of operations. 

As such, Philip has firsthand experience in managing diverse onsite and nearshore teams, as well as working with customers in different parts of Europe. As a European total talent expert, he has extensive knowledge of local delivery models and solutions, and can speak German, French and English. Philip has a strong understanding of regulation and compliance, as well as a hands-on approach. 

His skillset includes having the ability to oversee the complexity of European staffing and recruitment models, managing complex supply chain scenarios, and operating and delivering near- and offshoring models for Fortune 1000 customers, as well as small and medium sized businesses. 

The work I have undertaken in a variety of places across the world has allowed me to thoroughly understand and appreciate cultural differences, talent trends, and business practices in both emerging and developed markets.
