Having started in the recruitment industry in 2003 as an onsite recruiter, Ali Andarabi has progressed to become Reed Talent Solutions’ Managing Director of Permanent Workforce Solutions.
After having worked with blue-chip organisations such as PepsiCo, TNT, UPS and Boots, Ali joined Reed in 2011 to launch, deliver and grow a complex bespoke staffing model for one of the UKs top 10 largest employers in the private sector.
This saw him providing, managing and payrolling 12-15,000 employees across more than 100 locations. In addition to this he had the responsibility for overseeing the Reed Talent Solutions Shared Service Centre.
His current role sees Ali looking after a range of solutions and services such as core and project recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), early talent, talent advisory and resource augmentation for public and private sector clients.
Ali is responsible for advising clients how to develop innovative and bespoke resourcing models to meet their strategic people and commercial objectives. He also heads up the Reed Talent Solutions offshore team for both permanent and contingent workforce solutions aimed at delivering cost effective services that meet varying client needs.
My role is focussed on organic growth and the development of our permanent workforce solutions. As such I am passionate about expanding our expertise and nurturing new talent across the business.
