Jade Beddoe has worked at Reed Talent Solutions for 10 years, culminating in her current role as Technology Strategy Lead.
Jade has extensive experience in managing and delivering complex private and public sector contingent managed service programmes.
She has led Reed Talent Solutions projects to manage recruitment and human resources technology change programmes, as well as scoping and delivering digital evolution for end clients through new product implementation and solution review.
Jade has also been involved in setting up Reed Talent Solutions’ learning and development function, which has most recently focused on digital optimisation and technology adoption to ensure real benefit to co-members, end clients and candidates.
