Reed Talent Solutions’ Continuous Improvement Director, Lucy Anderberg, has more than two decades experience in the recruitment industry, including working in her current field since 2019.

Lucy has widespread experience of client development, with core skills of problem solving, project management, stakeholder engagement, product development and leadership.

Her route to her current role came from working closely with Reed Talent Solutions customers to understand their priorities and problems, identify root causes, and create effective solutions.

It enables her to work across the entire business to understand challenges and identify opportunities, working collaboratively with the Reed Talent Solutions team to develop workable improvements and innovate through new products and services.

Lucy believes team spirit and collaboration are critical for success in the world of recruitment and is passionate about helping her team to work more efficiently and effectively to enable them to be successful in their roles and delight Reed Talent Solutions’ clients and candidates.

My mission is to drive a continuous focus on improving our best practice, processes, and use of technology to deliver tangible benefits to our internal teams, customers, and candidates.
