Julie Hinchcliffe has over 24 years’ experience working in the staffing sector and has worked for Reed for 22 years, with her current role as Managing Director for Contingent Workforce Solutions.
Julie has always worked in service delivery, setting up the managed service delivery function in 2008. The business has grown considerably and now includes all contingent workforce solutions across the private sector, the public sector and the NHS, for all staffing categories.
With over 100 expert recruiters, Julie and her team are focussed on talent attraction and engagement, continuing to innovate with talent attraction strategies that adopt the right balance of tech and people to be able to access the full talent market and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
At the back end of 2022, Julie expanded her remit outside of the UK and now leads Reed’s business in South Korea.
After more than 15 years of designing, deploying and delivering solutions in the contingent workforce space this is still the most enjoyable part of my job. What makes me proud is the value we place on candidate experience and the long-term partnerships we build with our customers.
