Since 2022, James Bridgland has been working as Managing Partner, overseeing three dynamic professional services businesses, covering digital transformation and change, services procurement, and talent advisory HR services. James’ journey with Reed has been both diverse and rewarding. Before stepping into his current role, he was consulting Director for Consultancy+, where he led the creation of the services procurement solution in partnership with YPO in 2015. This initiative was a landmark achievement, establishing a model that continues to deliver measurable value to clients today. Earlier in his career, James held several positions across the Reed group, including leading product development for Reed’s outsourcing business, managing enterprise projects and implementations, and overseeing the bid team. These experiences gave him a deep understanding of the breadth of Reed’s capabilities and the importance of aligning innovation with client needs.
