Providing talent for a major UK retailer in time for Christmas

In the build up to Christmas the retailer approached Reed Talent Solutions to support it in sourcing team managers at its West Yorkshire site. Due to its close proximity to their busiest trading period, need was now critical to meet their business goals.

This helped us to design a bespoke recruitment process, managed through a tailor-made platform on our applicant tracking system.
