In the build up to Christmas the retailer approached Reed Talent Solutions to support it in sourcing team managers at its West Yorkshire site. Due to its close proximity to their busiest trading period, need was now critical to meet their business goals.
Our understanding of the industry enabled us to provide the best candidates for the retailer at short notice. We analysed the requirements of the role, as well as our client’s values and business culture. This helped us to design a bespoke recruitment process, managed through a tailor-made platform on our applicant tracking system.
