With their Christmas peak season fast approaching, our client - a leading UK retailer- required managerial and Christmas staff with immediate effect.
In the build up to Christmas they approached Reed Talent Solutions to support them to source team managers at their West Yorkshire site.
Due to the close proximity to their busiest trading period, need was critical in order for our client to meet their business goals.

Candidates were submitted to three assessment centres over a three-week period, with our understanding of the industry enabling us to provide the best talent at short notice.
